The product is as promised. Been using it a couple of weeks now and it works well. Ear-piece fits good on my ear. It has a nice magnetic attachment, so that the ear-piece fits snugly into the base speakerphone. I suspect that the microphone for the speakerphone is not overly sensitive, so sometimes people may have trouble hearing you. Overall, I have no regrets buying it, it's a clever product if you need a bluetooth device while you are driving and don't like that ear-piece on your ear all the time.
